A Visionary Leader for a Stronger Nation

The Current Governor of Kerala State, India. Former Governor of Bihar State & Himachal Pradesh. Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar is one of the most honorable statesmen in our country. As of today, he is serving as the 30th Governor of Bihar state. earlier he served as Governor of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal is a state that is close to nature with a lower level of urbanization in comparison. Mr. Arlekar joined this role with the vision of supporting state development without hampering the rich environment and culture that Himachal stands for. As a promise to imply his strategies and start working on his mission, he took an oath on 06 July 2021. The ceremony happened at Raj Bhawan in Shimla in the presence of the chief minister – Jai Ram Thakur, Chief Justice, his family members, and other respected ministers. Shri Justice Ravi Vijaykumar Malimath, who has served as Chief Justice in several states, was the one who administered the oath of office and secrecy to him

The reason behind putting so much trust and faith in him by our respected president and ministries is the abundance of work he has done throughout his political career. His 32 years of patriotism and achievements towards sectors like the environment, children’s education, financial development of backward classes, and many more are evidence of his utmost dedication to serving his nation. The Start Of His Political Journey

After seeing his consistency and commitment to making people’s lives easier, he was finally given an opportunity in 2002 as a member of the Goa Legislative Assembly. His ideologies and opinions in regards to social issues, environment, and society development caught everyone’s attention. Moreover, the work he has been doing over those years made him a perfect candidate to step up one level. Hence, In 2012, he was appointed as a speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly. He maintained his role as speaker for three years. During this period, Goa has seen more major development than anybody thought. There were better education rates, employment rates, climate conditions, and the addition and modification of state policies. He worked tirelessly in order to provide the best to the citizens of his country. Every decision that he took was after keeping in mind the welfare of people and the societies. His exceptionally amazing way of analyzing the statistics and circumstances to reach the perfect solution has always been worthy of appreciation. In fact, the whole cabinet applauds him for making the Goa Legislative Assembly paperless. It was the first state assembly to do so because of the proper guidance and resources available through Mr. Rajendra Arlekar.
